Volleyball Essentials
Perfect for beginners and younger players. It covers the fundamentals of volleyball, focusing on basic skills and the rules of the game. The aim is to build a solid foundation and foster a love for the sport.
Skills Development
Designed for players who are familiar with the basics and are ready to take their skills to the next level. This series concentrates on enhancing techniques such as serving, setting, spiking, and strategic gameplay.
Conditioning
Ideal for players of all levels who want to improve their physical fitness specific to volleyball. This program focuses on enhancing strength, agility, and endurance, crucial for peak performance on the court.

MEET YOUR COACH
SHYMARA DYKES
At SanD Volleyball Training, Shymara Dykes brings over 16 years of volleyball expertise, both as a player and coach. With a record-breaking high school career and collegiate success at Cincinnati Technical and Community College and Walsh University, she's a proven competitor. Shymara further excelled in Beach Volleyball at Webber International University, where she also earned her Master's in Business Management. As a former coach at Palm Beach Recreation Center and current Head Coach at Wellington Volleyball Academy, Shymara is passionate about mentoring athletes, sharing the rich rewards and opportunities volleyball offers.
